What is Past Life Regression Therapy?
Past Life Regression is a guided meditative experience that helps you notice deeper, archetypal patterns shaping your life today. We work slowly and safely, inviting insight, not spectacle. The aim isn’t to confirm a “story,” but to recognize energy and themes you can finally release, rewrite, or integrate.

What Happens in a 90-Minute Session
Expect to leave your session feeling more grounded, calm, clear, sometimes lighter or softly tender. You’re encouraged to rest, hydrate, and journal afterwards.
Come as you are, curious and compassionate. No special prep needed.
Arrival & Safety (10 min): We review consent signals, establish a “safe place,” and outline how to pause/stop anytime.
Guided Descent (15–20 min): Breath and visualization lead you into a receptive, meditative state (no hypnosis).
Exploration (30–35 min): We follow images, sensations, and themes. You’re aware the whole time; I guide with gentle prompts.
Return & Integration (20–25 min): We debrief, name patterns, and translate insights into simple practices for daily life.
Session Details
Length: 90 minutes
Format: Virtual (Zoom) or in-person (PNW)
Rate: $150 (Sliding scale available)
We offer sliding scale pricing to expand access. If standard rates are a barrier, choose the “Sliding Scale” option at booking; no documentation required.
Optional: Include a Follow-Up Integration Session (30–60 min) for additional support.
We are not licensed mental-health providers and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Past Life Regression is a spiritual/educational service and can complement, not replace, therapy or medical care.
