Yoga with Jessie Shore

Yoga is an integral part of spiritual embodiment. Somatic Movement allows us to bring breath, or Prana, and spirit to all parts of the body.

We experience the divine within ourselves — in all sorts of ways. Yoga is a great way to move our bodies into alignment with ourselves.

Jessie Shore is an experienced Yoga Instructor who understands that our bodies are unique. We all have experienced wounds and traumas in different ways — these wounds and traumas stay in the body and need to be released.

We also experience release, and energy, wisdom and love in different ways too. For each person the energy comes uniquely and timely. Yoga is about listening to your body and opening it up to allow the release of old wounds and old energy, and an invitation for new energy, new spiritual awakening, behavioral shifts and spiritual patterns.

Moving the body, stretching, understanding the body through Yoga does create new neurological pathways — allowing for a fuller you to come into being.

Work with Jessie 1-1 and she will help you learn to move, and sit with your body in new ways. She offers Hatha (posture and breath work), Vinyasa (continuous flow), Yin (gentle), and stretching.
