WHAT WE DO.

we integrate social justice into our spiritual journey.

We believe that to heal the wounds of our society, we must first tend to the wounds within ourselves.

Think Micro is Macro.

There’s a lot happening in our world, but we can’t push out the darkness. Instead, we choose to become the light — and project that light outward for others. By healing the wounds and traumas within ourselves, we create safe spaces where others can join in the work of collective healing.

As a nonprofit, we offer healing services, workshops, and retreats — including yoga, Reiki, regression therapy, and spiritual counseling. These practices are not just about individual well-being, but about weaving spirituality and social justice into the fabric of our communities.

Together, we learn to heal ourselves, so that we can help heal others — and transform our society from within.

At Northwest Wisdom,

We understand that people come from all kinds of pasts.

Many of us have been hurt by our religious upbringing. At Northwest Wisdom, we honor the beauty in all traditions, while also recognizing that religious experiences can sometimes leave deep wounds — what we call “religious trauma.” At our core, we believe we were meant to connect to the divine within ourselves.

Different traditions name this in different ways: in Christianity, incarnation; in Hinduism, Brahman; in Buddhism, Bodhicitta or Bodhi. Across cultures, this awakening to the Divine within us leads to compassion, kindness, and the recognition that we are all connected — and all in need of healing.

When we sit with the body, and learn to listen deeply, we awaken the inner knowing of the Divine. This can be nurtured through meditation, yoga, breathing practices, life regression therapy, time in nature, and embodied awareness.

We also offer guidance in exploring past lives, helping to release karmic patterns, wounds, and traumas that may keep us stuck in this life.

Sitting with the pain is not easy, but that’s where the self discovery begins.
